Billing questions
Money, limits, and switching plans
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and prorate; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Swapping between monthly and yearly follows the same rule.
A distinct member with at least one connected TikTok account. If a member links two accounts, that still counts as one linked member against your plan.
Members above the limit keep their existing links but new links are refused until you upgrade or free up seats. Nothing is deleted, and we never surprise you with a charge.
